How cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes work between you and Biz Solution Inc.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid plans, audits, and other services offered by SongBounty, a brand owned and operated by Biz Solution Inc. ("SongBounty," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements, and is incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service.
By purchasing a SongBounty plan or service, you agree to this policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the Service and any included features until that period ends; you will not be billed for the following period.
There is no cancellation fee.
Except where required by applicable law, all fees paid to SongBounty are non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, fees for:
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for early cancellation.
If we materially reduce or remove a feature you were paying for during a paid period, or if SongBounty terminates your plan for convenience, we may, at our discretion, issue a pro-rated credit or refund for the unused portion of that paid period. Any such credit will be applied to your account or refunded to the original payment method.
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact contact@songbounty.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate in good faith and, where the charge is confirmed to be in error, refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card network, please contact us at contact@songbounty.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks issued without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Free catalog scans and other no-cost offerings are provided "as is," with no payment involved. Nothing in this policy creates a refund obligation for free services.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes affecting active subscribers will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
